The Aquinas League is a charitable organization that organizes and executes charitable community events to help special needs with our community. The league organizes multiple tennis tournaments throughout the year to help and support organizations such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Cancer Services and Unlocking Autism.
BRWTA is an organization that provides women the opportunity to play competitive tennis by hosting nine monthly "Monday Fun Tournaments" followed by a relaxed social. Play is in a doubles round robin format and participation is open to all adult women between the levels of 2.5 - 4.0 as well as senior levels. Special events such as singles and combo round robins are also offered during the club year.

The USTA Men's Pro Circuit has selected Baton Rouge to host a $50,000 Challenger Event in April. The Baton Rouge Pro Classic will be held at Lamar Tennis Center from April 19-27 and will attract ATP players ranked between 60 and 200.
